Customer Support Representative
Job description:
- Phone and e-mail communication with the existing and potential customers
- Acquiring a good knowledge of the services we offer
- Solving technical problems of the customers
- Co-operating with the rest of our team, the development team and our vendors
- Diverse working time, including night shifts
We provide extensive training.
The successful candidate should have:
